Much to my frustration I gained small amounts the last two weeks. If I work on myself and my diet my house goes to pot. If I work on my house I go to pot!
I am preparing a lot of things I can eat for Thanksgiving. I made a LC pumpkin pie, pepper poppers, deviled eggs, mashed cauliflower, simple green beans (because I can't eat the green bean casserole that is so popular in these parts) crackers, and my own LC cranberry sauce. I think I'll do OK. My biggest weakness is the mashed potatoes. I figure if I absolutely can't pass them up I'll mix them with the cauliflower so I don't eat as much!
We will be joining friends and are already planning to take a walk.
