With Calorie Intake increased to 1400-1500 , even with intense workout , weight seems to be stuck 74-75kgs ,maybe I'm not good on calories counting , ordered a Kitchen Weighing scale , there is still some fat left on body and I'm looking to get rid of it all then balance everything.

why stop exercise@ farrukh? probably miscalculating calories, or simply the body has gotten used to the programme, keep at it or simply mix up the routine a bit..either way eventually the weight will fall.

I am a professional boxer, we do the same when we have to cut the weight! you gotta surprize ur body.Low Cal intake does effect to a certain level but after that ur body ll adjust to low energy,even it can survive at 500kcal/ day.Anyway,I suggested what I did.It may vary person to person

i used to run 10km/ 50 mins each day,took 1500 Cal,couldnt cut the weight,I stopped running,took 1700 Cal,increased my water intake to 3L/day-lost 2kgs in couple of days.
