personal trainer and nutritionist....hello guys.... i am back after 3 months vacation .i hope you all will be fine and well. i have some tips for new members.
NO1:-guys every one have different body,different shapes with different type of fat and weight. so please don't follow everyone don't follow every deit plan.
NO2:- if you follow any nutritionist you need to check him if any nutritionist gives you alot of medicines tablets etc at the same time unfollow him or her.
NO3:- without multivitamin and Omega3 don't use any medicine during deit .
NO4:- you need to learn how reduce and gain you weight what is good or bad for your body.
