I am back under 200lbs!!!!! I think I am doing ok with my daily carb intake even on the days I am not tracking on fatsecret. I downloaded the calorie counter app on my phone so I will be able to track better on the days I have off work. Kirsten told me not to worry about Thanksgiving and going over my carbs; to just not eat to the state of being a "bloated billie goat"! That takes the pressure off.
