Cold showers. Yiikees. Supposed to be good for metabolism. Really cold here to. Very frosty with negative 9 delicious when I woke up. Hope you have a great Friday. You are already off to a super start 

wow. great victory with woe and exercise. cold showers suck. took me a month to get my had turned on as management had no keys to the basement the valves were in. then gas co kept screwing with my appointments. and I want raving stripes on my helmet. feel u there too. weird month.

supposed to be great for your heart. heck of a way to wake up no matter the time of day.

Liv..-9 is something I could not handle. One, cold showers do sucketh. Yuck on the gas issue, lol on the new phone. Kat-oh it got the heart going alright. Carol-thankyou.  

I'm glad you had a good week even if it included a chilly shower. Doesn't Egull take cold showers... Something about increasing brown fats?! 😁 I'll stick with my white blubber! Have a great weekend!  

Haha Melissa, I'm all for the white blubber myself if it takes cold showers to increase the brown fat.

Chris, they just recently started opening early enough for me in the morning. I thought the gyms out there were open?

Chris, that sucks. Hopefully everything will be normal soon.  

Turns out that we were also taking cold 🥶 showers a few weeks ago. Our upstairs hot water heater died. By the time the new one was in (20.5) days later put in we were popsicles. Now that the new ones in we have very very hot water that smells like burning sulphur🤧. Turns out Lowe’s sold us the tank without the right anrod. We have a well. They don’t carry the rods so had to order one. Now waiting for it to be put in. Stinks so bad. I know your pain. It stinks too. Sorry.

That's happened to me at the gym before with the cold water shower. I remember a lady who was showering with her kid also had cold water and was telling her kid very loudly that I used up all the hot water (we were the only ones showering). What! I had a cold shower too b....***! I didn't say anything to her because of the kid. Why do people play the blame game? Anyway, at least it got you in and out of there quicker. Have a great week. 🦋
