Today was not a good Carb day! I did not leave before dessert at Megans birthday party and ended up eating a piece of pumpkin pie with cool whip! Monday will be better-I will be sleeping. I have to go to BarreFusion on Monday morning and then the chiropractor but then I can go back to sleep for the day and night! I hope that Andrea is up to going shopping today at Michaels and Joann fabric for her craft/gift ideas. My shoulder is getting better, I can take my bra off now with just minimal pain. My range of motion is getting better too. Andrea and I will be decorating for Christmas this week as well. Since I only work 2 days this week.
