So I had much success on the scale this morning!! My pants fit great which in turn makes me feel great! I was a bit suprised I lost so much exspecially after last nights dinner which included a bag of popcorn and some cookies that I made but I counted every bite, that's what I have to remember to keep doing. Every calorie counts. I have a test tonight, hope I do okay I didn't get to study as much as I'd like to.
