DAY #1 -- Today is Tuesday. A new beginning. I have begun by pouring a huge glass of water. No soda! And I am going to track my points religiously, keep track of all my WW extras, and do this thing! I am going to try to journal a lot of my efforts on here so that I can remember what I am doing. The writing really helps me keep things straight. So I hope no one is bored reading this.
