When I started I took some photos but I also took my sizes. Every month or so I would once again take my measurements The following are my sizes that I am watching.

April 20 Dec 15
Right Arm 20" 17.5"
Chest 62" 52"
Waist 65" 49"
Abdoman 67" 50.5"
Hips 58" 50"
Right Thigh 27" 24.5"
Right Calf 21 20.5"

Total lost so far 56" or 4 foot 8 "

2 more inches and you could have lost me!! lol i have never seen the measurments in foot before. You have some really good numbers to show off there! you have done a wonderful job!
