Thank you One 💜 I'm so sorry about your situation. I pray for you 🙏 💜 I honestly just experiment with different ingredients that I have on hand and so far eating healthy has been really fun because there are so many ways to cook healthy meals 😋 I'm excited for my new healthy life.

Don't be sorry. God said everything the enemy does is for my good. So that means even satan is serving God. That'll blow your mind. My job is just to love God. Thank you for the prayers. I need to I learn to diversify. My eating healthy is super lazy. I don't cook much. Every Saturday I boil 5 dozen eggs and bake 3-5 pounds of chicken for the week. Just fill in the rest with yogurt tuna and cottage cheese. Lol. But it works for me. I'm super busy

Oh yeah. Forgot. Oatmeal. That's my carb. 2 cups usually a day.
