First week of medifast and I lost 8 pounds which is pretty good since I went off plan a couple of times. My goal this week is no fast food so I need to be careful with planing my time. I did a bad job of recording food over the weekend. I was at my bfs and since I only get to see him once a month I didnt want to waste time on my phone but I did made good food choices both at his house and when we went out. I am hoping to add in some exercise this week as I need to get ready for my trip to New Orleans in Dec and working toward my larger goal of trying to get off my medication.

Great job Helen!!! We can do this....every time I think about something that is not healthy I stop and think now. I want to make that recipe you gave me before for meditteranean chicken with rosemary orzo. I will start to add in some exercise also now that my knee is better. I ate okay on Saturday and Sunday even though I didn't record, but was terrible on Monday at the farm. (3 cakes....argh)
