last week i maintained, this week i was down again, yeah! again this was a tough week, but i did a little better with my choices this week. the holidays are going to be tough. but i must keep my goal in my sights, since i started dieting(this time) i've lost 31.2 lbs., so i'm not going to blow all my good efforts just because it's the holidays
