I'm so frustrated. Gained twenty pounds this year, and I'm sick of it! Christmas is coming up and I don't know if I'll survive. I am not active, but I'm trying to get there. Playing wii fit every day, it might sound silly but I think it'll be a good start, until I have the stamina to run treadmill.

Take heart! That weight didn't go on all at once and it will take time to get off, but if you're exercising every day, that is a big difference right there. Now, you need to start entering in your food diary every bite you put In your mouth, and you will see a pattern and can adjust accordingly. Get fatsecret to tell you the number of calories you should have to lose weight. And it will take time, but you will lose if you stick with it and if you're honest with yourself. Be sure to enter your exercise on your log--it will make you feel better. You're on the right track--don't give up!
