Going well today so far but way under RDI, about 60%. My 8-hour window is now closed and I don't think I'll be hungry again, either. I need to watch this though as I've been a little under RDI a few times. I know from experience that going too low is not good in the long run as I don't lose weight and then I over-react and eat too much.
