I swear it I eat any type of carby food I gain. Went to a party last night...had two small pieces of pizza and a coupla cake pops....bam gained weight! Guess I just need to plan better n bring my own goodies. Maybe some of the new atkins candies? So delish...they taste just like m & m's!
