Im into my 11th week this week. Im almost done with 1st trimester!!! This time around, pains and nausea have been amplified. I must remember not to have a 4th child next time around :)
A few things are different this time though. At this point last time, I had my rings off. I have indigestion that needs to be quelled with food this time around; surprisingly, protein takes care of that! Im all around "sicker" this time around than with my 1st two. I thought my m/s was gone week 9, but after I had that stomach issue last week, it has returned :(.
If I let myself, I can snack on candy, chocolate, and cake all day long. I feel like crud after though. Im done with eating for 3. I keep saying it, but today is a new day. Im going to try to eat less than 50 carbs/day..as if I had gestational diabetes. I sure hope that puts the end to my overeating. Luckily, I dont mind eating protein...today :)
I will weigh in on Thursday. As for exercise, Im going to try to do 15 minutes each and every day of stretching, weights, and/or aerobics. If I stay small, maybe I can actually stick with it.
