Day 2 at the gym :)
Ok working shift work it may seem like my eating and exercise are off kilter. For example I got to workouts in today one just after midnight and the other before midnight. So it looks like I'm a workout junkie. And my breakfast and meals look so large but I snacked through my shift on good things to avoid the vending machine.
Tommorow it will look like I hardly ate because I will be sleeping.
Today I checked my weight. I hadn't weighed myself in a long time and recorded it on this website. I was just guessing at my weight before.
