OK. It's time. 'Fess up, come clean, take stock and start over.

This time I really did let go of the reins and to my huge disappointment let my weight creep up over the 60 kg barrier that I said I'd never cross again.

Who knows, really, why we (I) behave like this? Self-sabotage, but knowingly, really. Knowing that I was gaining, I kept on with the daily beer, the daily ice cream, etc.

So, at last the cause of the damage is penetrating my foggy brain and since yesterday I've been back on the path. 8 hour window yesterday, no alcohol, no snacks, no evening eating. I feel more alert already!

The same today - it's just after 11 am and I'm about to have breakfast. Lunch is in my bag a soup and omelette with salad ready for early evening.

The goal is to get back to goal by Christmas. Here goes...
