Hey guys!
Does anybody know why when I entered chicken today in grams it was a different calorie amount then in oz? For example 186 grams was 456 calories but converted that into 6.6 oz it came out to 356 calories. Would anyone know why that would be, which is the correct amount and is it better to weigh my food in oz or grams?
