So I got a case of mild heatstroke so I've been in bed since the weekend. I haven't been able to eat anything except fruit and drinking water. I can tell I've lost weight but I feel Sooo soft now ☹️like all my muscle feels like it has just kinda disappeared on me ....but alas I'll get back on it. Dreading the starting again with strength training though. Still feeling so weak.
