First holiday binge on Saturday. But got back on track Sunday. I'm not going to weigh in again until the weekend after Thanksgiving weekend. Give my body a chance to drop the weight from the holiday meal. It would be too depressing to have a weigh in that goes in the wrong direction.

That's where I'm at. I'm not going to stress over the scales right now. I see no reason not to enjoy the holidays, within reason of course. It's great practice in moderation and I can enjoy the holidays with people I love without feeling guilty.
