Since dropping my protein, my weight has shifted and my blood sugars have finally dropped. Ketones are up, so I'm in fat burning mode! YAY! These are tonight's numbers (ket:1.9, bs:4.8), my waking ketones are lower, but steady at 0.9 for the last 3 days. :)
