It appears I am the queen of 'maintaining' which wouldn't be so bad if I was at my goal. Seems no matter which WOE I follow...all I do is maintain...which sucks!

Well, maintaining is better than gaining. I was on WW last Spring and ended up gaining 5 lbs. I was eating low-fat buttered popcorn (only 1 point) for my snacks and diligently recording my points online. It just wasn't for me. Are there any WW meetings nearby? Perhaps going to a few of those and listening to those sessions would be helpful?? They'll talk about eating "filling foods" -- very similar to foundation veggies -- and other strategies for filling up while staying within your point range. Good luck!
