Continue to do better (no food orgies) but haven't found much time to be on here.

Today will be crazy too. May have to take DH to Urgent Care - infection inside nose and upper lip swollen. Depending upon how that goes, there is an apple pie to bake (traditional birthday present for BIL) and a dip to make for daughter in law's birthday party tonight.

Maybe tomorrow I can catch my breath.

Bren - he has had these types of infections before - but never on his face. He took some old meds (yes - he stores unused antibiotics - MEN!) Within an hour the swelling started to go down. But I convinced him to go to Urgent Care anyway to get checked out and get some "fresh" prescriptions.

Buffy...I'm sure he knows that those antibotics needs to be taken up..I know you may feel better but that's when you need the rest to get rid of what ever is infecting him..Yes Men they are so stubborn..LOL...

Ruth - appreciate your thoughts. DH managed to go to the party last night but is not doing well at all today. I am keeping a close eye on him since any facial infection can be very serious.
