I made it and it’s super easy. It’ll be ok for a couple of days in the fridge if you make more than one.
Mix oats, chia seeds, raisins and grated carrot with the milk.
Leave overnight in the fridge to soak.
Add a teaspoon of sugar free coffee syrup and mix though.
Eat cold or microwave for 1.5 minutes.
