Weighing in at 63kg.
Back into a size 8 😊
Feeling a little drained after being sick.
Not as hungry though also not training as hard.
Weight training 6 days a week cardio 3

brilliant! I'm at 65.5kg now and love being comfortable in size 10's and the occasional size 8. I think I may keep going in my weightloss journey till I get to 63kg so I have some wiggle room. I don't want to have to buy a whole new wardrobe of clothes *AGAIN!! but geez size 8's feel good! well done to you! I've been weight training 5 days and cardio 3 as well. I think the weight training has been what has started shifting my weight again. is that what you find happens as well? I thought it would be the opposite with building muscle and gains on the scales but I'm definately not complaining!

I too am starting my weight loss today. My first step is to try and lose 5kg, starting weight is 75kg I’m 5’7”.. fingers crossed 🤗

Morning, I’m now on day 2 and so far feeling pretty good. Mostly doing keto but not being ridiculous about it. I have already started to come down on scales.. probs fluid. But here’s to a new beginning 😊

Well done donza . I’ve done keto before and lost heaps but somehow it’s not working that well anymore. I’m just counting my calories for the moment.

I’m not big on exercise, but if quick and simple I’ll do it..lol. So I do HIT High Intensity Training the Dr Micheal Morsley suggests. I do it on exercise bike .. go flat out for 20 seconds 3 times everyday.. that’s it. Gets the heart rate up 😁

I walk 4km everyday I am sitting at 111.5kgs I have lost 12 kgs in ten weeks. That one walk in the morning kick starts my metabolism I have diabetes so I have had to change my whole diet.
