Feeling a bit frustrated. I went to my parent's house for dinner on Saturday, and although I tried to figure out the proper portions, I may have under-estimated (they don't have a scale). I wanted to bring mine with me, but there were a few guests there as well, and I didn't want to make a big show by measuring my food.

So, I gained about a pound, which isn't a lot, but I feel like it could have been avoided. My weight loss has slowed down, so I feel I should be able to not *gain* by eating properly. This also happened the last time I went to dinner at my in-laws a couple weeks ago.

I did an extra workout yesterday, and today weigh what I did before gaining the lb. Luckily, I don't eat at their houses often. It does have me worried, however. I hope that maintenance doesn't mean I will be gaining 3-4 lbs at a time just because I didn't weigh my food. Guess we'll have to see.

I am proud of myself for only eating half of the sweet rice pudding (counted the calories for it), and skipping the carrot cake alltogether. I also ate more veggies for dinner, and only a small portion of pasta. I think that next time, I will tell my mom not to fry the fish fillet, as I suspect that's where things went wrong.

But it's Monday now: back to eating right, continuing my workouts, and back on track with the weightloss!
