I ate great food yesterday.
I had my usual breakfast - eggs, rye bread, ham and cheese - and for lunch a TON of broccoli with a couple of Danish meat balls.
Dinner - My wife made Carne de asada(?) with her traditional Mexican rice. Yummers! I think that is my favorite disk. Good quality beef cooking for more than 4 hours (yesterday it cooked for 7 hours!) and so tender that it just falls apart. Can't wait for lunch today.
Anyways, with my higher calorie intake after my "change" in RDI, I can easily fit it in, and (hopefully) do better in my altogether weight loss.
Today I did not lose anything, but I did not gain either. I am sure it is fine. We will see a change tomorrow or wednesday. :)
