We are in a pandemic. I'm afraid of catching the Corona virus. Fascism is sweeping the world and we are on the brink of losing our democracy forever.
Through all of that, I am exercising more, eating local produce and have lost 15 pounds. I am going to focus on the second paragraph of this journal entry today.
