I took my vitamin D and Fish oil liquid 1 teaspoon and Probiotic yesterday morning after work. I was weak yesterday and had a snickers bar- I went to the grocery store hungry, not a good idea. I will be weighing in today when I go to the gym-I will probably gain weight again. I did not get up for ALPHA training at 6pm last evening. I am looking forward to pilates today with Theresa. I floated to station 41 and they were having a potluck-I had summersuasage, cheese, fruit, & I was weak and ate a peace of applecobbler. This has not been my week for resisting tempation! I did resist the bread and dill dip though. How to resist in the future: 1. keep end game in mind 2. substitute a chocolate shake for chocolate bar/cake 3. eat before going to grocery store all things I have discussed with Kirsten before.
