Okay I came up with an idea today. I was sitting at my desk doing work and was just feeling like I was a rock and not moving enough. I looked around my office and realized through a couple of doorways I would be able to do like a little lap through my office. So I got up and did 5 minutes of walking. I felt a little more energized and it got me up and away from the computer. I got thinking about it if I do that every couple hours I would be able to add 20 to 30 minutes of exercise a day. Now I am fortunate that I work in an office by myself a lot of days but when my boss is around I will have to think of something else or just give him a warning that I am going to be doing it. He already knows that I am trying to improve my health...filling in part of that challenge of making sure friends and family know my goal.
