I realized yesterday that nothing I have ever done in life has come easily to me. So reality as nasty or nice as it is showed me that losing or controling my weight is absolutely no different.
I have set numbers in my mind that cover my goal, my control, and my oh hell no I am not going there again! (lol). Wonder how many others think in these terms?
