Sorry about that.
Once a year
We go way off and visit our grand kids for three days. I am affraid to see the damage from three days of festival visits and over eating (normal old way). When we get back home, we have a treadmill and recumbant to setup. A dinning room to clear out and an exercise room to assemble.
