Well since I have been back to work I have not loss any weight. I was doing well during the summer because I was really watching my weight. I was walking and exercising. Teaching is just tiring me out. I have no energy. I have also gone on the coke binge. I was drinking one diet coke a day but now that I have gone back to work, I am looking at two and three. I have joined a challenge on cutting out sodas. I am hoping that this will work. I have gone two days without soda. I now need to work on exercising. I am not sure how to do that yet, but will figure out how to work that in my schedule.

Make sure to pack your own lunch of good healthy things. I know that works for me. I always pack my lunch for work. Also, whenever you get a break, go out and walk. That's also what I do.
