Happy Monday everyone!! 😁 So I have been doing intermittent fasting. My typical fast is between 18-22 hours with a 6 or 4 hour feeding window. I decided to do a few prolonged fasts one of 36 hours, one 67 hours, and another 78.7 hours. Ive also done a 22 hour with only one meal. And now my poor stomach has shrunk and I can't eat large portions anymore(not complaining, this is the result I was hoping for.) But this salad was entirely too big, delicious, but huge. Tomorrow's wont be nearly as big. So yay for a smaller stomach which leads to smaller portions and in turn leads to more weight loss and reaching my goal of 136lbs 😊💪🥑.
