Kind of discouraged by my weigh in yesterday...My first week and I really watched what I ate, and excerised in some way shape or form every day....was 500 - 1000 less calories than my intake so I can't really understand why I didn't lose anything? :-( ..All I can think of is my body is trying to hang on... Will just have to try harder next week and show the body who's boss now...;-)...
