Fasted for over 112 hours! Yay. I just broke my fast with some caprese salad with fresh burreta, basil, tomato, and a splash of balsamic. It tasted wonderful. I only did a small amount since it's been a while for real food. I'll eat dinner in an hour or two and go back to my normal keto woe. But right now I need coffee and sweet I can use cream again.

My Choc Zero order came in so I ate one piece of milk chocolate. I wan't expecting a cooler bag with ice packs in it. My hubby threw out or moved my tj's chocolate I was saving so when I was almost crying (really wanted it then) he surprised ordered it for me.
