Alternate day fasting has changed my life 15 lbs pounds down no excercise in less than a month , don't get me wrong I plan on exercising in the future when I hit my 30 lbs weight loss goal! I've tried many diets and excercise routines but always failed but I'm really enjoying eating whatever I want and watching the pounds fall off :) I try and stay around 1400 calories but if I go over it doesn't really matter much since I'm still in calorie deficit . Anyways I just wanted to share my experience I hope everyone stays positive and finds what works for them took me years . Just remember Never Give Up!
