Hello All, This is so hard.I have been on a diet roller coaster for years,Gain 20... lose 10... gain it back ...lose it ...gain..OMG!! I will do well for 2 or 3 days then I go crazy and eat everything and say forget it..How do I stick to it? Any suggestions?

If you can't find your motivation, use your determination. Weight loss is a mental game and you have to be in the right frame of mind. Try planning out your meals for a week. Pick a few breakfasts and lunches that you know the caloric content and rotate them. Start trying new recipes. Try a new exercise class or get a workout video (library or amazon). Fake it till you make it. Find things you enjoy. Get some music and go for a walk. Whatever it takes. Also check out a book on amazon called "Becks Diet Solution." Look at the reviews.
