Had my quarterly Doctor's appt today and annual physical.
Got weighted in, and the first thing they said when I stepped on the scale: You lost weight....YOU LOST A LOT OF WEIGHT! Then it was, "How did you do it? How did you do it?"

The doctor was shocked. She said that all my test are in normal range except one which was .1 pts high.

To celebrate, I went off diet and ate out tonight. NO LIMIT eating. Found out I could only eat about 1/2 of what I would eat two months ago. And now I am paying for it.

My stomach is killing me. I am going to have the runs after this. Can't wait to get back to normal diet tomorrow. Got the runs, I mean got to run!
