Hi everyone! I'm currently 2 months postpartum and exclusively breastfeeding and trying to lose weight. Before I was intuitively eating and one day decided to see how many calories I was eating, you know, just out of curiosity. Y'all, on that day, I ate well over 3500 calories, probably closer to 4000 😂. I decided then that it was time to track what I was eating. I was 213 lbs at that time I think and since then I slowly lowered my calories and got down to 209. I've been at this weight for about a week and a half now, eating at 2300 calories, so I'm lowering my calories by 100 to see what that does.
