Well it's July 9th, everyone went back home so now no excuse not to eat healthy. My daughter-in-law was taking the dog for a run every morning while they were here and he couldn't wait. I promised him I would take him for a walk every day weather permitting. Today was our first day and hopefully I will keep on track. I really missed not walking. It's been so hot and humid, but the secret is get up early when it's still cool out. I have gained 10 # since the covid but that is just another excuse. I'm making a menu for the week and staying away from carbs and anything white. I joined some challenges and hopefully it will keep me on track.i have 40lbs to lose and I'm working on losing 1/2 # each day. I can do this. I have a wedding to go to next year and want to fit in the dress I bought for it.
