sooo I decided to kick the keto!!! im going to tell you why... I honestly never felt worse than I did on keto - I thought it was all "keto flu" but it never ended :( I'm going to be eating clean and practicing portion control and working out - still staying under 1500 calories but not limiting myself to only certain food groups :) I already feel much better
