m doing 1 hour aerobics plus ZUMBA,some times cardio also. taking 8 hours sleep.in diet taking 1 meal at 1 o clock, of 1 roti and 1 egg omlete, some times taking oats porridge with eggwhites and veggies, in snacks, almonds and green tea, some times water melon a
or any other melon. before bed green ginger tea with lemon. intermittent fasting is about 15 to 16 hours
