Iam still at 220. For a month now.
Something is going on with me. I am sad, I am uninterested. I am failing at what feels like everything. I need a punch in the face of sunshine. Of course, I am sad because I am fat
I am sad because I feel overwhelmed. I am overwhelmed because I feel powerless. Powerless. Thats the feeling.
it will get better, I just have to keep plugging. Go me.

hey trish... a couple suggestions i could think of is maybe increasing intensity in ur work outs, increase or decrease calories for a while... just anything totally different to shock ur body. just keep going. and for u it may seem little but 5 pounds is still 5 pounds. i've been where u are.. i've felt that way ... i was at 233 at my highest. and actually the most recent was at 227 (2007).. i've been fighting this war since then... its been long and hard but so worth it. You are worth the work, just take it one day at a time. The best thing to do is to find your motivation.. an outfit, something u want to do but cant right now. you will get to where u want to go.
