Well here we go again! They say 3rd times the charm. I have nothing to lose but everything to gain. I know I can do this if I just put my mind really to it. I have a history of starting a healthy way of eating and something always happens to discourage me... whether it is the start gong hoh on monday and by wednesday of week 2 I have called it quites... or start with a sport buddy who really doesn't need to lose weight and by wednesday of the 1st week they have already fell off the band wagon and so do I. I am done playing around... I have a wonderful life and I know it is only going to get better. There is a new wind blowing in my direction and it feels wonderful... Good things are about to happen... far more better than I could have ever hoped for.
