I haven't been tracking food for a while. Was on paleo but getting so much joint inflammation and tendinitis i had to stop. Have been eating raw fruit all day and salad or cooked veggies and hummus for dinner most days. Feeling much better. Inflammation almost gone. Swelling in hands and feet better. Then ate tofu last night and have loose bowels and joint pain, now. I had thought that if i cut out the animal protein i could eat anything else. Looks more complicated.
