I have NO IDEA what happened here.
I followed my diet to the letter yesterday and today I am up a pound and a half!
I wonder if it has anything to do with a full moon? Perhaps.

Personally, i bounce a lot, so for me 1-2 pound deviations are normal. Lets see what today brings?
