I go to the doctor tomorrow and have a ton of tests scheduled. Will know more then--hopefully. I am working in my mind--which makes very little sense to say or write that, but I am trying to figure out where I am, what I need/want/require and what that will mean to me and my family in the future...sounds criptic, but it isn't.

Sometimes, our minds can be our worse enemy. My therapist called this "anticipatory anxiety". We anticipate what might be. And in the end, it's usually not as horrible as we think it is. Be kind to yourself. Chill. Relax. Meditate. Deep breaths. Blessings.
