Nutricali i fell down the stairs broke my shoulder and have micro breaks in my spine, good for a diet plan living on bread and water, no cooking! I hope you are feeling okay, you are star with inspiratonal dishes i look forward to seeing them, vitamins are always good.

Ouch! Sorry to hear this Chestnut. I thought you had been quiet on here. I miss your humour 😁. I guess our walk along the sands is out of the question for a while. By the way, salads don't need cooking 😂 Take your time healing ❤️

Gypsy thank you are so kind, give me six weeks thats the general time for heeling of bone breaks, i will still walk you along the beach maybe on my birthday? What a lovely present that would be for me! Gypsy difficult to boil kettle at the moment , mainly sandwichs cutting not invovled❤

Thanks all! I love a mason jar 😄 Sleekbeach I layered 20g of oats and 50ml liquid (coconut water this time, usually soya milk,) 1 cup of frozen berries, another 10g of oats and 20ml liquid then left overnight. In the morning I added 1 chopped nectarine, 2 tbsp of blueberry swirled yogurt, 1 tsp of flax seeds, 6 chopped almonds and a pinch of chia seeds too x
